Important Considerations

In DB, there are some important things to consider when buying a flat:

• Each flat in DB has a club membership attached to it and the owner should have applied to transfer themselves upon purchasing the flat. The club makes adjustment to this cost from time to time. If this was not done, the new owner will be on the hook to pay the transfer fee(s) of the previous owner(s) if they had neglected it and at the current rate, not the rate when the previous owner got the flat!
